देखिए, आपने बहुत अच्छा सवाल किया है।आज के commercial समय में शिक्षा महज एक व्यापार बनकर रह गया है। शिक्षा के इसी बाजारीकरण के कारण प्रत्येक व्यक्ति / संस्था खुद को सर्वश्रेष्ठ घोषित करने में हर तरह के झूठ-फरेब का सहारा लेने में जरा भी संकोच नहीं करते हैं। पढ़ाई-लिखाई के साथ - साथ IIT / NEET के Result की वास्तविकता सच्चाई से कोसों दूर है । बहुतायत संस्थाओं द्वारा किए गए वादे और कही हुई बातें सिर्फ और सिर्फ दिखावाए वं छलावा ही होती है, जैसे कि coaching institute द्वारा बच्चों का small batch size बनाना, updated study materials, standard DPP, Doubts session, test on regular basis, course completion on time etc. लेकिन, Aarohan में small batch size वास्तव में होगा। हम कोर्स timely खत्म करेंगे। Aarohan में monthly PTM होगा । हम लोग schooling में लगातार historical results देते आ रहे हैं।अब with the concept NEVER BEFORE, हम लोग IIT/NEET/ OLYMPIAD में भी students को सही direction me guide करके selection लेने तक पूरा प्रयास करेंगे। हम लोग सिर्फ़ booklet, DPP देकर छुट्टी छुड़ाने वाली बातों में विश्वास नहीं रखते हैं। हम प्रत्येक students को check करेंगे कि वो सही में पढ़ाई करते हैं की नहीं। हमारी जिम्मेदारीआपके बच्चों के साथ उनके selection तक रहेगा।आपको ये बात समझना पड़ेगा कि किसी भी coaching में सिर्फ admission लेने मात्र से selection नहीं होगा।आमतौर पर जब आप अपने बच्चों के performance की चर्चा कहीं भी करते हैं तो आपको सबसे पहले बताया जाता है कि हमारे faculty Kota से हैं।आपके बच्चों की क्या समस्या है, इस पर discussion नहीं होता है। लोग खुद को सर्वश्रेष्ठ बताने पर पूरा focus करते हैं औरआपके बच्चों की समस्या और समाधान पर चर्चा होती ही नहीं है। Aarohan में आपके बच्चों के समस्या और समाधान के साथ ही selection कैसे होगा Aarohan team की जिम्मेदारी होगी।आपको हर समय अपने बच्चों की सही academic performance के बारे में बताया जाएगा। यहाँ पर हम एक और बात का जिक्र आपसे करना चाहते हैं कि जब कोई बच्चा किसी coaching में मोटी fees देकर admission लेता है फिर भी वह test series, DPP, material के लिए दुसरे coaching का सहारा लेता है। इसीलिए Aarohan में हम लोगों ने material की designing ही ऐसे की है कि किसी भी बच्चों को कहीं भटकने की जरूरत नहीं होगी। हमारे study materials current syllabus को ध्यान में रखकर तैयार किया गया है। For us every child is precious and special.

Aarohan का उद्देश्य ही शिक्षण कार्य की गुणवत्ता को हर हाल में सुनिश्चित करना है। इसीलिए हमारे Booklet, DPP, test series, Aarohan की team ने खुद ही design किया है। हमारे doubts session नाम मात्र के लिए नहीं होगा। हम प्रत्येक students के strength और weakness को analysis करके उसपर result oriented काम करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध हैं। आज हर coaching संस्था अपने आपको बेहतर कहता है। जरा गौर से सोचिए आज इस शहर में कितने coaching हैं जो IIT/ NEET में top results देते हैं? हम लोग इस पर बहुत टिप्पणी नहीं करना चाहते हैं। परन्तु आज भी अगर हमारे बच्चे शहर छोड़कर Kota Delhi Patna आदि शहरों का रुख करते हैं तो कहीं न कहीं quality teaching का अभाव और नगण्य authentic result ही सिर्फ और सिर्फ इसके कारण हैं। जिस दिन हम IIT/NEET में TOP result produce करने लगेंगे उसी दिन से अपने शहर के बच्चों का पलायन पूरी तरह से रुक जाएगा। एवं हमारे बच्चे अपने घर में रहकर IIT/NEET जैसे prestigious एवं कठिन exam को पास करके IITs और govt Medical College में प्रवेश पाकर अपने परिवार, समाज एवं देश का नाम रौशन करेंगे। अपने समाज के बच्चों के इसी सपने को पूरा करने के लिए Aarohan पूरी तरह से दृढ़ संकल्प है। हम आपको बताना उचित समझते हैं कि IIT /NEET के selection में कई factors काम करते हैं। सिर्फ घिसी पीटी booklet देने inexperienced teacher के पढ़ाने से, नाम मात्र का doubts clear करने भर से IIT /NEET के results नहीं होते हैं। इसके लिए बच्चों के booklet, DPP, doubts, time table, regular classes by experienced faculty के साथ- साथ 24*7 बच्चों के संपर्क में रहना पड़ता है। बच्चों को motivated रखना पड़ता है। एक जरा सी लापरवाही उनके सपनो पर पानी फेर सकता है। इसके लिए हमारी टीम बच्चों के संपर्क में हमेशा रहेंगे। उनको गलत संगत औरआदतों से भी बचाएंगे। उन्हें divert होने से भी रोकेंगे। उनके self studies Time table को भी monitor किया जाएगा।
